The Salsa Pony Rustler Carbon GX1 is a backcountry leader on the hunt for epic singletrack. This full-suspension bike features mid-fat 27.5 x 3.0-inch tires for unbelievable grip, and 120mm of Split Pivot suspension for impressive traction and pedaling efficiency. Rear suspension damping is provided by the highly capable RockShox Monarch RT3, and Pike RC fork offers 130mm of rocke-eating travel. Thanks to Boost hub and bottom bracket spacing, the Pony Rustler is built to accept both the stock 27.5+ wheelset or an alternate 29er wheelset to suit your experience. A SRAM GX 1x11 drivetrain offers crisp engagement, while the SRAM Guide R hydraulic disc brakes let you roll with confidence on fast descents. A RockShox Reverb dropper post paired with a WTB Volt Pro saddle adds stability and convenience for getting low and crushing techy trails, too.
