Details

Take the climbing prowess of Fisher's HiFi suspension platform, the dialed handling of G2 geometry, add 29-inch wheels, and what do you get? The most fun you can have on 2 wheels! Fisher's HiFi Pro 29er boasts a 6066 aluminum frame with carbon seatstays for a lightweight platform to launch you to the next level of riding. Fox supplies custom-valved suspension with 100mm of travel front and rear. Shimano's Deore XT drivetrain boasts the awesome Shadow rear derailleur for crisp gear changes and a super low profile. Plus, the tubeless ready Bontrager Rhythm wheels and Avid Elixir discs deliver awesome speed and control, and Bontrager's Race Lite components feature minimal weight and solid durability.

Fisher's HiFi suspension boasts a single-pivot design, which combined with Fisher's Fourbarrel pivots on the seatstays, delivers a super tunable and supple ride. Plus, the USA-made frame is incredibly light. All of which means that the HiFi has no weaknesses. It's an excellent suspension, sets new weight standards and handles unlike anything you've ever ridden.
Fisher's G2 Geometry (version 2 of Fisher's Genesis Geometry) delivers the ultimate ride for every trail. Genesis earned rave reviews for awesome handling on climbs and descents thanks to a long top tube paired with a short stem that moves the front wheel forward for top-notch confidence and control, while short chainstays add phenomenal traction. Fisher's G2 Geometry takes these handling traits to the next level by boosting control on tight singletrack and technical climbs, too. This is accomplished by increasing the amount of fork offset (reducing trail), which makes G2 bikes steer more quickly, and by shortening the reach, which puts more weight on the front wheel for even better control and confidence. The two animations above showcase how Fisher's G2 Geometry provides the perfect ride.
Because they are less likely to drop into ruts and holes, 29-inch wheels roll smoother and faster, and stay afloat better on mud and sand than 26-inch wheels.
Want a world where the bicycle is the first option in transportation and recreation, not a mere afterthought? A world where you can ride to work safely, where your kids can get exercise going to and from school, where obesity is a thing of the past, where fun, well-built trails are as abundant as cul-de-sacs and alleys? Trek does too and they put $10 of their profits for each mountain bike purchased towards helping IMBA, the International Mountain Bicycling Association. In fact, Trek has committed to providing a minimum of $600,000 by the end of 2010. So, Trek is not only committed to bringing you a great bike but also to providing a safe, fun environment for you to use your bike. We're proud to work with Trek to create a world with more trails and safer roads to ride. One World Two Wheels.
